They use either a finger groove to seat the cylinder into the seating hole and pressurize the opening.

The design of the DNV Technology allows the internal components to move so that there is no need for springs. A force is used against the piston. This is a much cheaper method to achieve the same effect. The downside is that the movement of the piston is so restricted, that it becomes very easy to shift the position of the valve when it is installed.

Any installation of an electric valve that employs the three-way design of its two-piece box equivalent requires that the seat on the outer seat that is fitted onto the piston has an insulated plug on the end. This will prevent any direct contact between the piston and the seat. This is not always possible with the three-piece valve.

This is also true for the door openers that are fitted to these valves. However, the inner seat can be made of a tough rubber, which will remain unaffected by temperature fluctuations that take place in the outermost part of the valve. Also, it should be noted that the piston of the valve will remain on top of the seat. The metal end of the piston that is typically attached to the housing may not be visible.

This is a very common problem with most people who do not know how to do the correct way of installing these valves. In fact, they are so simple to install that anyone can learn how to do them.

The first and the only requirement is to have the proper tools and a screwdriver to ensure that the valve fits completely into the slot. They do not have a side wall on the seat, which makes them far easier to install, as there is no need to modify the valve from the backside.
